About
Hi, I’m Patricia

B.Des in Material Art & Design (Textiles), OCAD University

Currently: Packaging Designer
I have always been drawn to objects that offer comfort and playfulness through their materiality. My love of the tactile quality of things led me to develop a strong foundation in textiles, and later evolved my practice in the digital space of Brand & Packaging Design.
Expertise
I am a Packaging Designer with a background in Surface Design and Material Art. I leverage my expertise in material quality to create designs that are both functional and beautiful.

Brand & Packaging Design is where I combine structural logic with visual identity. From market research to custom dielines, I focus on translating brand concepts into functional, production-ready designs. My process ensures seamless layouts across substrates, with attention to detail in print preparation and vendor communication.

Surface Design is where I blend both analog and digital tools/techniques. My process begins in my sketchbook, where I build shapes and textures with various media. From there, I refine these concepts in Illustrator or Procreate to build repeat patterns. Whether I am designing for commercial applications or personal projects, my goal is to create prints that are full of character.

Material Art is my playground for tactile exploration and traditional craftsmanship. I work both in soft and hard mediums, spanning from plush creations to wood and sculpture. It is my space for continuous learning, where I sample new techniques and explore concepts that interest me.
